Cabrillant 600/700
• Designed for runs of multiple partitions.
• The Cabrillant frameless system is engineered to disperse stress with particular emphasis on the method of attaching the components to glass.
• This includes mechanical and friction fit, combined with high strength adhesives.
• Critical positions within the partitions where stress and movement occur, have fixings which do not require the glass to be drilled.
• The 20 micron thickness anodised aluminium finish is ideal for use in areas which require frequent cleaning.
• Available with or without doors or with PVC anti-bacterial curtains.
• Partitions without doors have a small front pilaster panel to protect the front edge of divider panels for safety reasons. As well as the continuous head rail to maintain stability.
• During a specific test programme, fully assembled partitions had a criteria impact resistance of 500NM.
• Glass panels used are toughened to BS6206 Class A.

Hardware & Fittings:
• Hinges, spring loaded for automatic open or closed function.
• Satin anodised aluminium hinge and lock blinds fixed to panels/doors in W.C. and changing partitions.
• Satin anodised aluminium door latch with nylon bolt. Shower partition options, aluminium door knob with internal hard rubber buffer, or external horizontal towel rail with internal door knob/buffer.
• Head rails, aluminium overhead stabilising bars, friction fit clamp/doorstop connects to dividers and pilaster panels. Option of setback position (175mm(7")).
• Support legs to 600 system, attached to front pilaster by friction fit, adjustable ground clearance.
• Support legs to 700 system, attached to partition panel 150mm (6") inboard with through fixings, mechanical connection to front pilasters, adjustable ground clearance.
• 615 structural support posts connected mechanically to structural floor slab prior to screeding and floor finishes for large panels and island configurations.

10mm Toughened Float or Textured Cast Glass
With translucent ceramic paint finish (frit) for shower partitions, unlike acid etch or sandblasting, does not become transparent when wet, coloured tints also available.Opaque ceramic paint finish (frit) in white or colour for W.C.and Changing Partitions.  

Toughened & Laminated Float Glass
10.76mm (3/8") (2 leaves of 5mm Toughened Float Glass). White, Opaque and translucent finishes as above are provided by the P.V.B. Interlayer. Colours are produced by applying a ceramic paint to one internal face.
